PRIOR TO CLASS DATE, the enrollee will receive a full refund
of the course fee.

CANCELLATION NOTICE IS RECEIVED BETWEEN NINETY AND THIRTY
DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS DATE, the student will receive a refund
of 50% of the course fee.
- WHEN

Contingencies
|
Continental
Airlines, under certain rare circumstances, may compel cancellation
or the postponement of the ATOP due to facility demands by the
carrier. In such cases, all fees will be refunded. Options will
then be provided to the student. Although highly unlikely, CAL
reserves the right to substitute simulators (i.e. a 737/300 or
737/500 in lieu of a 737/800) and/or reschedule simulator time
on DAY TWO pending simulator availability.
ATOP,
Inc., and Continental Airlines assume no responsibility or liability
for costs or inconvenience due to cancellation or rescheduling,
including travel change fees.
